Curated learning, from YouTube

Everything you want to learn is already on YouTube. Awake makes it stick.

The best minds in UX, AI, business and product already teach for free. Awake curates their videos into structured paths, tracks real watching — not checkbox clicking, and certifies what you finish.

Sound familiar?

Self-learning dies in the same four ways

01

Your Watch Later list has 200 videos. You have watched four.

Saving felt like learning. It wasn't.
02

You finished three tutorials on the same topic and still can't tell what to do next.

Content without a path is noise
03

Your team "should really learn AI". Nobody owns it, so nobody does it.

Intent without a deadline evaporates
04

You actually learned something — and have nothing to show for it.

No record, no proof, no momentum

The content was never the problem. The structure around it was.

The library

We didn't produce the lessons. We curated the best of them.

Every workspace opens with 80+ vetted videos — from Y Combinator and Harvard Business Review to Nielsen Norman Group, 3Blue1Brown and The Futur. Fourteen of them are genuinely Arabic, not subtitled afterthoughts. Add any public YouTube video to your own library at any time.

What makes it count

Watching is easy. Awake measures finishing.

Not "did they open the link" — did they watch it, did they understand it, and can they prove it.

Real watch tracking

Progress is measured through the player, not a checkbox. Skipping ahead earns nothing; a video counts complete at 90% genuinely watched.

Graded knowledge checks

Quizzes are graded on the server against a pass mark you set — the answer key never reaches the browser. Wrong answers come back with an explanation.

Verifiable certificates

Every completion mints a serial anyone can check on a public page — put it on LinkedIn, in a CV, or in front of a client.

A growth score you can feel

One explainable number from completion, momentum and quiz results — broken down by team, so you know where learning is alive and where it stalled.

Arabic and RTL, properly

The whole interface flips to Arabic, and the library carries genuine Arabic content — not machine-translated subtitles over English video.

Reminders that land

Learners get nudged before the deadline; admins get a daily overdue digest. Nothing depends on someone remembering to chase.

Questions

The things people ask first

Where does the content come from?

Public YouTube videos from world-class educators, companies and creators — curated into topics by us. The videos always play from YouTube's own player; Awake stores the metadata and your progress, never the video files. You can add any other public YouTube video to your own library at any time.

Is this for companies or for individuals?

Both. A team can run structured learning with assignments, deadlines and a dashboard. A freelancer or a self-learner can open a workspace of one, pick a path and collect certificates. Personal email addresses are welcome.

How do you know someone actually watched?

Awake measures playback through the video player rather than trusting a "mark as complete" button. Skipping ahead earns no credit, and a video counts once the learner genuinely reaches 90% — so finishing a path means something.

Can we add our own videos?

If it's on YouTube — including unlisted links — yes. Paste the link and it joins your library under whichever topic you choose. Your imports stay private to your workspace.

Is it really bilingual, or just translated buttons?

Both the interface and the content. The whole app flips to Arabic and right-to-left, 14 of the seeded videos are genuinely Arabic-language, and there is a complete Arabic starter path.

What do the certificates prove?

That the videos were genuinely watched and the final quiz was passed at the path's pass mark. Every certificate carries a serial anyone can verify on a public page — no login needed.

Stop collecting tabs. Start finishing paths.

Open a workspace, pick a path, watch the first video — this afternoon.
